In addition to distillation plants, we manufacture various apparatuses and components for biogas units/ systems. However we implement a project with you - first priority is given to project planning. Consultation and discussion take place either at your site or at our premises. There, we clarify all framework conditions in advance. Then the project planning begins, in which we gather all the important information about the infrastructure on site so that the engineering can follow. In this phase, the tanks and all important components are planned. We also create production drawings, detailed drawings and everything else that is important for your new plant.

Planning is followed by manufacturing. Depending on the size and scope, we manufacture your system either at our plant in Weselberg or directly at your site. In doing so, we rely on the highest quality in terms of material selection and our work and keep a close eye on all standards and specifications so that you not only receive state-of-the-art technology but also comply with all legal requirements.

To ensure that your plant delivers the results that meet your requirements, we equip it with the appropriate control components such as sensors, valves and drives. These regulate temperatures, the supply of water and alcohol, the flow rate and much more. Not only for distilleries, but also for hygienization plants we supply the suitable control system, which can be operated and monitored via display using the common Siemens S7 program. 

The Siemens S7 program allows you to control the plant according to your requirements. We provide individual software programming of the control system  (PLC) according to your requirements and basic situation. This runs autonomously and can be visualized via a display. You as the user can thus read the measured values and, in case of an emergency, intervene in the control system via the monitor. This facilitates the work enormously. 

Whether material certificates, declarations of conformity, risk assessments or CE markings: We can provide you with all the certificates you need for your new distillation plant or equipment.
After acceptance of your installation, we set all important parameters and start a test run together with you. For distillation plants, this usually takes between 24 and 48 hours. If the quality and quantity are correct, the acceptance run can take place. Now the plant is ready for operation and can be used and continued by you independently.

Our service does not stop after the delivery and commissioning of your new plant. We are also there for you after the order has been completed and offer you a wide range of services. Through our remote maintenance service, we can look at your plant at any time and carry out readjustments if they are necessary. Since our equipment is not off-the-shelf, we also supply you with all spare parts should something jam and provide you with numerous solutions should you ever be faced with a problem that you cannot resolve on your own.
